I am back after a break.
Too much "on my plate"
ah, ah, ah
But last week,
as every month,
I met my friends for our cooking Club.
4 of us agreed to cook the same dish
or we decide who does the starter,
who does the main, or
who does the pudding ?
Here we are :
Venue at my home that time
and as the weather was nice
we ate in the garden, on the terrasse.
"La Route du Sel" is a lovely restaurant in Loix - Ile de Ré
where you can enjoy seafood and lovely fish.
From the garden :)
Red cold soup with peppers, tomatoes, and ricotta cheese, with a pinch of olive oil, salt and pepper.
and for pudding, 2 cheesecakes with red berries.
